Area Playoffs
After a terrific come from behind win against Arlington Lamar, the Keller Volleyball team will now head on the the Area Playoffs.
The team will travel to Andrews, Texas to play El Paso Franklin in the Area Round of the playoffs. Game is tentatively scheduled for 6:00 at Andrews High School.

Bi-District Playoffs
The Bi-District Playoffs will be played on Tuesday, October 30. We will be playing Arlington Lamar at Richland High School. The game will begin at 7:30, so be there to cheer on these young ladies.

Support The Snack Sack Program for the Northwest-Keller Game
Northwest High School and Keller are teaming together to collect items for the Snack Sack Program at Northwest High School. These snacks help provide food to students who do not get meals throughout the weekend.
See the attached list to see what items are needed. If you bring a donation to the game, you will get into the game for free. Help support this cause.

JV wins Keller Tournament
Congratulations to Coach Clark and the JV team for a great win today in the Keller JV Tournament. Keller won their pool to advance to the Gold Bracket. In bracket play, Keller defeated Boswell, Abilene Wylie, and LD Bell to win the championship.
Way to defend our home court ladies. Great Job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

J.V. wins Mansfield Summit Tournament
Congratulations to the Junior Varsity and Coach Clark for winning the Mansfield Summit J.V. Tournament this past weekend. The J.V. won their pool to advance to the Championship Bracket. In bracket play, Keller defeated Mansfield Timberview, Mansfield Summit, and Keller Central to win the Championship.

Freshman A wins the Boswell Tournment
Congratulations to the Freshman A team for winning the Boswell Freshman Tournament this past weekend. Keller won their pool and went on to defeat Lake Worth, Paschal, and LD Bell Bedford to win the Tournament Championship.
Great job to all the players, Coach Poff, and Coach Killebrew. Job well done!!!!!

Varsity wins the San Marcos Tournment
Congratulations to the Lady Indians for winning the Gold Bracket of the Sam Marcus Tournament.
On Friday, Keller won their pool and the bracket seeding match to advance to the gold Bracket on Saturday.
On Saturdaym Keller beat La Vernia in the first round of bracket play. In the semi-finals Keller beat district rival Northwest 2-0 and inn the championship game Keller met Keller Central, winning 25-19 , 26-24.
Congrats to all the players and coaches!!!!!!!!!!!

KISD Athletic Participation Packet
Keller ISD will begin a new procedure for the 2012-13 school year, requiring annual physical examinations for student athletes and cheerleaders.
In the past, KISD has required physicals only for those students entering 7th, 9th and 11th grades. The new requirements have been implemented for the safety of our students. By requiring a physical every year, physicians can detect possible medical issues that have developed in our student athletes. It will also clear up any confusing coaches, parents, or administrators may have as to who is required to submit a complete physical packet.
