Karen Chisum - Texas State Head Coach
Karen Chisum is entering her 30th year as Head Coach of the Texas State Bobcats, In 18 years at the Division I level, she has lead her squad to the NCAA Championship Tournament seven times. In 2003 Chisum was named Coach of the Year in the Southland Conference. She was also the receipient of this award in 2000, 1991, and 1986. Chisum is the winningest coach in Texas State history with a record of 675-434-3, which places her as the 8th active winningest coach in the US. In 2005 she passes another milestone by accumulating her 600th career win. Coach Chisum earned both her Bachelor's and Mater's degrees from Texas State. Tracy McWilliams-Smith - Texas State Associate Head Coach
Tracy McWilliams is entering her 8th season as the assistant coach for the Texas State bobcats. McWilliams is the recruiting coorinator and technical director for the bobcat program. Prior to Texas State, McWilliams was an assistant for Rice and Central Florida. From 1996-2001, McWilliams served as the Head Coach at Arkansas Tech where she lead her team to the NCAA Championship Tournament for the first time in scholl history. Sean Huiet - Texas State Assistant Coach
Sean Huiet is entering his 4th season as an assistant for the Texas State Bobcats. Sean's main responsibilities are for scouting reports, community service, training of the setters and defense, and technology. Sean had a four year stint with the Bowling Green University volleyball program before coming to Texas State. He also served one year as an assistant coach at Indiana State.
