2012 Cross Country Forms to Fill Out and Turn In

The "Basic Set" has all the forms you will need for the fall ... should be filled out for summer, too.

The "Summer Camp and Training Forms" should be filled out by anyone who will participate in summer conditioning and/or attend camp with the team.

The XC Safety Guidelines should also be completed and turned in as soon as possible

The Physical Evaluation Form must be completed and turned in if you need a physical (once every two years).
