Tuesday, April 24 Predator Strength and conditioning Welcome to Predator Strength and Conditioning. I will be posting or May workout plan here. Feel free to check it as often as you like. Mays workouts will center around body weight exercises to help develop muscular strength as well as strengthen ligaments and tendons. This will be critical once we progress in June to our weight lifting program. Please keep a record of your workouts so you can chart your improvement. Start slow and progress at a consistent pace.
