**NEW** 2009 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Aloha to all Players, Cheerleaders, & Parents
The upcoming 2009 Registration Information is here!
Will begin on Saturday April 25th and commence "Every Saturday" through June 13th, EXCEPT MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND-NO REGISTRATION on MAY 23rd, at the Kapolei Regional Park (across Campbell Square – Kamokila Blvd. & Manawai St.) 200 - 430 PM.
In order to register your child, we require the following by June 27th, 2009:
1) a signed, completed registration consent form,
2) a current sports physical for calendar year 2009, stamped by physician (NO EXCEPTIONS),
3) two (2) copies of your child’s birth certificate (copies from last year are no longer available),
4) at registration, a minimum of $100 non-refundable payment towards the registration fee, and
5) registration balance must be paid in full by June 27th, 2009 .
6) AFTER AUGUST 1ST, 2009 ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
All forms are now available for download (Please click on Handouts on the left hand side) and will be available at our registration tables.

OHANA DISCOUNTS - KWFA will issue ohana discounts only after the season begins and all registration
requirements/payments have been made – download form, complete and submit to your "youngest childs"
respective Head Coach for processing. Minimum three (3) siblings registered in KWFA to qualify for ohana
discount.

We are a non-profit organization solely run on the fundraising, registration fees and volunteers of parents,
family and friends of the youth registered for play with our Cheerleading, Flag and Tackle Football teams.
Our association currently run our programs with the OYSL-Oahu Youth Sports League. In our "HANDOUTS SECTION", you will find a DONATION LETTER for businesses. Parents/Families & Friends can print and submit to your employers to support our league...feel free to distribute!
We have the privilege of offering our programs to the youth of Kapolei,Barber's Point(Kalaeloa),Makakilo,Ko'olina and the Honokai Hale areas.
Since we are on a VOLUNTEER BASIS ONLY, parents and guardians are encouraged to become coaches,
assistant coaches, and team parents! Our season extends to the end of November, with 9 regular games
starting mid September, and 2 playoff games. See the CALENDAR section for more details.
We offer these programs/teams for registration:
Cheerleading ages 5-13 years of age, with a cap of 32 members.
Mitey Mite Flag ~ 2 teams of 27, Black & Silver Ages 5-7 years.
Termite Flag ~ 2 teams of 27, Black & Silver Ages 8-10 years.
Termite Tackle ~ 3 teams of 32, Black, White & Silver Ages 9-11 years, Weight Limit 60-105 lbs.
Pee Wee Tackle ~ 3 teams of 32, Black, Silver & White Ages 11-13 years, Weight Limit 70-125 lbs.
