Deposit of $100 (per week) is non-refundable and non-transferable

What forms are required in order for my child to participate?


All campers must complete the medical form before the start of camp. Medical form must be completed and returned to Judy Dixon, 226 Boyden Gym, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA 01003. This is pursuant to Massachusetts State Law. CLICK HERE to download the Medical Form.

What items should my child bring to camp?


Tennis Racket, Tennis Shoes (no running shoes), Water Bottle, Hat, Sunscreen, and PeeWee's bring snack.

Mullins Varsity Courts at 9:00 AM on first day of Camp (please come a few minutes early)

How do I get to camp? (Driving directions)

 

Directions to Mullins Varsity Tennis Courts

From the North: Route 91 South to Exit 25 - At the end of the ramp turn left and follow the road to the intersection - turn right onto Routes 5 & 10 South - go 1 mile, then left onto 116 South, then eight miles to UMass exit - Left at the end of the ramp onto Massachusetts Avenue. Take first left onto Mullins Way. There is a parking lot behind the building.

From the South: Route 91 North to Exit 19 (Northampton/Amherst) - Right onto Route 9 and go approximately five miles. Take a left onto Route 116 North (across from Staples) and follow for one mile to UMass exit. Take a right off the ramp and then a left (1/10th mile) onto Mullins Way. There is a parking lot behind the building.

From the East: Mass Pike (Route 90) West to Exit 4 (West Springfield) onto Route 91 North to Exit 19 (Northampton/Amherst) - Right onto Route 9 and go approximately five miles. Take a left onto Route 116 North (across from Staples) and follow for one mile to UMass exit. Take a right off the ramp and then a left (1/10th mile) onto Mullins Way. There is a parking lot behind the building.

From the West: Mass Pike (Route 90) East to Exit 4 (West Springfield) onto Route 91 North to Exit 19 (Northampton/Amherst) - Right onto Route 9 and go approximately five miles. Take a left onto Route 116 North (across from Staples) and follow for one mile to UMass exit. Take a right off the ramp and then a left (1/10th mile) onto Mullins Way. There is a parking lot behind the building.


Directions to Boyden Gymnasium


From the North:

What meals are provided?


Camp meals are not provided (since camp ends at 12 noon). Pee Wees are asked to bring a snack.

8:45am Arrive and Check - in
9:00am Stretch and warmup
9:15am Instructional drills and fun games
10:30am Water break
10:45am More instructional drills and fun games
11:30am Games for prizes
