Mission statement
Scorpion All Stars is dedicated to providing a means for those individuals, who desire to excel at the sport of cheerleading, and to compete at the all star level. Our commitment to provide a positive atmosphere where each member is challenged to achieve their personal best, both on and off the competition floor, is built on a strong foundation of Family, Friends, and Fun, while teaching skills, safety, and sportsmanship. It is our goal to develop, through the sport of all star cheerleading, well rounded individuals who display positive self esteem and self confidence, respect for self and others, self discipline,and sportsmanship.

Philosophy:
Scorpion All-Stars, as an organization, has operated under the philosophy that our program is designed to challenge all of our members to strive to do their very best. It is our members who are most important and we feel that our children are best served by the example that we, as coaches and parents, set by practicing ethical participation and sportsmanship, and in the end our children know that the only opinion that matters is the one that stares back at them from the mirror when they ask themselves “did I do my best”. We want to impart in our children the value of the knowledge that comes when you have done your very best. In our opinion, the self-confidence, self-respect, and success that these life experiences bring to our children will last much longer and take them further in life than a trophy sitting on a shelf.
