History

2000 Season
The 2000 season was about what we expected as we moved into a new age group. As mostly young players and with the rules being different from those of the 10u I was proud of the girls stepping up to the challenge. It started out slow but by the end of the year the team proved to be a challenge for any team we faced. It always feels good to hear other teams say we were the team to beat at the tournaments we went to. The girls liked to see other teams we faced in the past come by to watch us play. Congratulations on another great year girls.

1999 Jeff City Heat 10u

1999 Season
In 1999 we played as a first year team and were in the 10u age division. We ended the year with a record of 36-13. We took 1st place at the Sunflower Classic in Shawnee, Kansas and also at the Jeff City Classic in Jeff City,Missouri. We received a 2nd place bid to the A.F.A Nationals in Broken Arrow,Oklahoma. In our Mo.A.S.A. State tournament we finished 2nd. In the Hannibal Gold tournament we placed 2nd. We had a 3rd place finish in the May Madness tournament in Columbia, Missouri. I have to give alot of credit to the girls for a year of very hard work.

We took 2nd place at this tournament and although it was cold early we came to play. I was proud of these girls for their hard work.
