-Received his B.S. from Louisiana College where he played his final year of college football and later received his masters from Loyola University
-Currently the Dean of Students at JCCS and is on the Board of Directors
-Married to Lydia Curtis and has 3 kids: (Joanna Curtis Fabacher, John T. Curtis III(Johnny), and Jeff Curtis
-Has 7 grandchildren: Reaghan and Rylee Fabacher; John T. Curtis IV(Jay), Michael, and Jason Curtis; Anna and Abbi Curtis.
-The son of Merle Curtis and the late Reverand John T. Curtis, Sr.
