IWLCA Partners with Under Armour

UNDER ARMOUR PARTNERS WITH INTERCOLLEGIATE WOMEN’S LACROSSE COACHES ASSOCIATION, INC.  

Under Armour Named Primary Corporate Sponsor and Exclusive Athletic Product Supplier   

Baltimore, MD (April 2, 2008) – Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE:UA) Under Armour, Inc. and the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association, Inc. (IWLCA) announced today a comprehensive five-year partnership. About the IWLCAThe IWLCA represents the nation’s intercollegiate women’s lacrosse coaches that work at 300 universities and colleges.  Collectively, these coaches supervise 6000 female student-athletes which compete within Division I, II & III of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).The purpose of the IWLCA is to develop among intercollegiate coaches a deep sense of responsibility in teaching, promotion, and maintaining the growth of women’s lacrosse in accordance with the highest ideals of fair play. In addition, the IWLCA strives to stimulate the development of quality leadership for women’s lacrosse programs by recognizing professional contributions to the sport and keeping members informed of current coaching techniques and trends.
