Pay Annual Dues and Register for the Annual Meetings Online!
The 2009-10 IWLCA Membership Dues and 2009 Annual Meeting Registration website is now active. Please use the link below to pay your Membership Dues and Annual Meeting Fees online using a credit card:http://www.active.com/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1791718 If you do not have an institutional credit card or cannot pay your institutional dues or annual meeting fees online, I have attached two invoices (at the bottom of this email) for your business office to use. Please contact Gothard Lane, IWLCA Executive Director, via e-mail (glane.iwlca@comcast.net) if you have any questions. Institutional dues are $250.00 for Division I programs and $200.00 for Divisions II & III programs. An IWLCA membership entitle all women’s lacrosse coaches at the institution to participate in all IWLCA sponsored activities, including access to the All-American awards, Coach of the Year program, Academic Awards, IWLCA presented recruiting tournaments, attendance at the Annual Convention, etc. The Annual Meeting Registration fee for the 2009 IWLCA Annual Meeting at the Newport Rhode Island Marriott Hotel is $175.00 per coach in attendance. Your registration fee encompasses all business, clinic and professional development sessions, as well as 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, IWLCA Honors Banquet and three socials. Our Annual Meetings are a tremendous value compared to other college coaches meetings and the only one that includes so many meals and professional development opportunities in the meeting fee. We encourage you to register early to take advantage of the early bird discount (before November 15). You may still pay after November 15 by paying a late fee of $25. If you do not pay your d! ues by February 15, 2009, you and your student-athletes will not be eligible for any awards.
This year, the annual meeting will begin at 8:00am on Saturday, December 5th with registration followed by the first clinic session. We plan to end the meeting on Tuesday, December 8th at lunchtime. A final schedule will sent to the membership shortly.

2009 Convention Scholarship Application
The IWLCA is pleased to announce that the application process for the 2009 IWLCA/Brine Convention Scholarship program is now underway. This year, through the courtesy of Brine, Inc., IWLCA coaches will have the opportunity to apply for convention grants up to a maximum of $600.00, to be used to defray non-reimbursable expenses associated with participation in the 2009 IWLCA Annual Convention in Newport, RI, December 4-8. The convention scholarship program is intended to provide support for coaches who would otherwise be unable to attend the annual meetings due to limited budgets. It is open to all coaches in all divisions. Head coaches will be given preference in the selection process. The IWLCA Convention Scholarship Application Form is attached. Completed applications must be returned by fax to Chris Sailer at 609-258-2490, by 5:00pm on Monday, October 12th. Selected coaches will be notified of their scholarship awards by October 21st. The IWLCA Executive Board is very appreciative of Brine, Inc, for their continued support of this program.
