History
The Interboro Youth Boys Lacrosse Program was started in 1998 by then Diane Lowthert, now Diane Faison. Diane is a Ridley graduate who played Lacrosse and Field Hockey throughout her High School Years. She has been the Interboro's High School Girls Lacrosse and Field Hockey Head Coach as well as the Girls Youth Lacrosse Director for many years. In 2003 the number of boys going out for High School Lacrosse started to drop off. Diane's responsibilities with the Girl's programs was ever increasing and more demanding. John Knott and Rich Sim approached Diane about taking the responsibilities of directing the Boys Lacrosse Teams in early 2004. Diane graciously handed the helm to John and Rich. John was the Director for 2 years and then handed the helm to Rich Sim. Rich was a one man band from 2005 through 2008. He helped build the sport more and  reached out to schools which had no lacrosse program in order to build the teams. Rich stepped down as Director in 2008 to watch his son Andrew play College Lacrosse at Immaculata University. He still Coaches the goalies and helps out as a assistant coach where needed. Rich was also the High School Lacrosse Team's Boosters President for 7 years. The Director's helm is now in the capable hands of Brian Stouch and Wayne Millard who have taken on the duty to continue building the Interboro Boys Youth Lacrosse program.
