WHY THERE ARE NO PERSONAL STATISTICS
While individual statistics may be more common, particularly among older football players, Pop Warner only recognizes the athletic accomplishments of the team, not the individual. We don't track personal tallies of touchdowns or yards rushing per game. We don't count sacks or blocked kicks. We applaud the athletic efforts of the team to reinforce the importance of teamwork, with each member.
Inland Northwest Popwarner League complies with the State of Washington's "Fair Play in Community Sports Act" (Chapter 467, 2009 Laws, effective date July 26, 2009) which
A. Prohibits discrimination against any person in a community athletics program on the basis of gender or sexual orientation.
B. In addition, no person shall be denied or subjected to discrimination in receipt of the benefits of any services or activities made possible by or resulting from this policy on the grounds of race, color, creed, national origin, age (except minimum age) and retirement provisions, marital status, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical handicap.
