Indiana Longhorns: Welcome

2011 Longhorns
Indiana Longhorns are proud to be going into their 7th full season of competitive baseball. Over the past few years we have had great success in the world of travel baseball. The Longhorns are made up of some of the best talent in East Central Indiana. We are based out of Muncie, Indiana which is in Delaware County. Our teams range this season from 8u-14u. We will be playing in many tournaments throughout Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and other surrounding states. Our 12u team for each season travels to Cooperstown, New York. We have competed there four times and in those appearances have fared extremely well with a second place finish in 2005, a semi- final place in 2008 and quarter-final finishes in 2007, and 2009.
Our organization's philosophy is really quite simple... We strive to expose our players to the proper way to play the game. That ranges from the fundamentals of the game to competing at the top level. We teach kids to play the game always with class; win or lose. We feel that we are preparing them for much more than just baseball. We hope you find our website interesting and that you take the time to check out all of our teams. If you would like to schedule games or inquire about getting involved with our program feel free to email us.
"When you win you show some of your class, when you lose shows all of it"

10u Longhorns win On Turf Sports BPA World Series Qualifer in Columbia City Indiana. Although Mother Nature tried to throw another loop at the Horns with a 42* temp and 26mph wind at the start of pool play, the boys were able to outlast her this weekend. With only three completed tournaments this season due to weather the 10u Horns already have two first place finishes. Go Horns!
