PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING THE ALL STAR TOURNAMENT FORMS, NAMELY: Roster Affidavit, medical releases, copies of birth certificates, and a map of the area represented.  Please also bring your Little League State Championship Flag or any flag depicting your State.
