Welcome to Illinois Fusion's Fastpitch Travel Softball Team Web Site

The Illinois Fusion 18U Roster for the 2011-2012 season is now being formed. We have 9 returning players on the 2011-2012 roster: Kaela Bryant (Lakes HS Varsity 2013) , Nicky Chapa (Jacobs HS Varsity 2013), Rachel DePouw (Grant HS Varsity 2012), Kara Ekx (McHenry HS Varsity 2012), Sammi Golf (Crystal Lake South HS Varsity 2012), Tara Lycos (Huntley HS Varsity 2012), Megan Massie (Lakes HS Varsity 2012), Mikaela Mitsch (McHenry HS Varsity 2012) and Bria Romine (Woodstock North HS Varsity 2013).

Illinois Fusion wins the 16U CABA State Championship
Illinois Fusion kicked off our season by going undefeated and winning the 16U CABA State Championship. Fusion allowed the fewest runs against and scored the most runs during the tournament. The girls look to continue their hot start next weekend in the Northern Ice's USSSA Qualifier.

Fusion Girls Win the Northern Ice's USSSA Qualifier the Hard Way!!!

After droping their first game of the season droping them into the loser's side of the Northern Ice's USSSA Qualifier. The girls put together 8 straight wins to battle back and win the Northern Ice's USSSA Qualifier Tournament to capture their second straight tournament win!

Fusion Girls Show they are a Force by Winning Tidal Waves Qualifier Tournament for 3rd Straight Tournament Win!!!

Fusion continued their winning ways going 6-1 to win the Tidal Waves A Team Qualifier. The Fusion Girls again showed they can hit the ball by leading the Tournament in "Runs Scored" while continuing their hard work on defense by again being one of the leaders in "Runs Allowed".

Fusion Girls end their summer schedule right and finish in 3rd out of 66 Teams in Nationals Tournament Hosted in Columbus, Ohio.
