Our mission as coachs for the Illinois Cheerleading Academy All-Star Cheerleading Teams is to offer the best technical coaching and innovative choreography possible. We teach kids how to be exceptional cheerleaders, but most importantly, we teach the kids how to be exceptional people. Focusing on teamwork, commitment, and loyalty, kids learn how to encourage one another while building their own self-confidence. WE BELIEVE EVERY CHILD HAS A PLACE ON ONE OF OUR TEAMS! Birthday Parties
ACTIVITIES:
45 Minutes… Starts with a fun and exciting warm-up, followed by supervised cheerleading activities. Also included is time on the tumble track.
Last 45 minutes… Cake, refreshments, and the opening of presents in the party area.
Please Note: Parties are booked months in advance so schedule early to reserve your child's SPECIAL DAY.
AGE LIMIT:
Birthday parties are open to children 3 years old and older. The activities in the gym will be geared to the age of the birthday child, so PLEASE keep the range of age of guests as close to the birthday child as possible. (Children under five must be accompanied by an adult.)
WE SUPPLY:
We supply and set-up the tables, chairs, and a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" sign. Children will also receive an Illini Force t-shirt to take home with them.
WE WILL SERVE, AND CLEAN UP!!!
YOU SUPPLY:
ALL refreshments (boxed drinks only), paper goods, serving utensils, cake and any extras that are needed. (We have a refrigerator for your use if needed.)
COST:
$75.00 members=includes 10 children (non- members $100)
*Additional children=$8.00 each
*A $45.00 deposit is required to secure the birthday party
*Children under 4 years of age will need an adult for assistance!!
*Time is important, so please be early to set up!!
As we must schedule our instructors in advance, you are responsible for the number of children confirmed; NOT the number of children that attend the party, if the amount is less. For an additional $25.00 the party can be extended a half hour which can include an "open gym" time.
POLICIES:
After we schedule an instructor, we will call to confirm your party. Due to the popularity of our parties, there may be a party preceding and following yours, therefore, to allow sufficient set up time, please try not to arrive more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party, and please clear the party room within 15 minutes after your party. All parties begin and end promptly.
