IBFN State Junior Championship
    2009 IBFN Junior State Championship Results !!!     
     July 26th at Sugarloaf State Park The 2009 Junior State Championship was held.The top Junior Anglers from around the State qualified to fish for the title of IBFN State Junior Champion as well as a place on the IBFN State Team.The top finisher in each age group, 11 - 14 & 15 - 18, will go to Arizona to compete in the BFN Western Divisionals.
    It was a fierce competition with pre-fishing on Saturday and the tournament on Sunday. After all was said and done Tyler Ashton from Boise ID. won the 15-18 age division and Ethan Petersen from Boise ID. won the 11-14 age division. They both recieved a beautiful trophy as State Champion, a hand carved trophy for Angler of the year, a $20.00 Cabelas gift card, and a baitcaster pole and reel !!!
    The event was a great success including a BBQ, swimming, cards, and fishing together by all the competitors.
    A huge thank you to all of our sponsors. IBEW electrical workers of Idaho, Treasure Valley Fire Protection, Falls Brand Meats, Tri-State Marine, Window welders of Twin Falls, EMI FIltration, TML Service Experts, Amercan Northwest Outdoors, Sonny Woodsworth, Interstate Batteries, Pennywise drug, Basscat Boats, and all the Boaters who commited thier time to assist with these competitors.....
