Practice?! Im talkin about practcie man... Not a game but Practice??!! (Allen Iverson)

Yeah its time for practice guys.  We have aquired an indoor facility in Idaho Falls for us to use and its going to work out great for us during this off season.  The facility is located at the YMCA Indoor Soccer Arena in Ammon.  It is on the corner of Ammon Rd. and Sunnyside Rd. If you are coming from pocatello please take the Sunnyside Rd. exit and travel east until you reach Ammon Rd. and take a right.  If you are coming from Rigby/Rexburg take the Ammon Rd. exit (the first one after Uconn) and travel south until you reach Sunnyside road and it will be on the right.  We havent had much choice on when we get to be there based on the tight shcedule but it is what it is so just suck it up and be there.  The times will be every Friday night at 9:30pm except 12/18 when it will be at 10:30pm.  We will not practice on Christmas obviously but plan on being there every Friday at 9:30pm from here on out if you can.  We will have drills for all positions including lineman so everyone needs to be there.  Also starting in January we will wear helmets and begin to go over our Offensive and Defensive schemes.

Uniforms/Player Fees

We have decided to stick with the Mustangs Jerseys from last year.  After much thought about the price and availability of getting custom uniforms it makes more sense to go this way for our first year as an ownership group and for the players.  This will also include BLACK HELMETS.  Many of us have the silver helmets and they will need to be painted.  I am working on finding the cheapest place to paint all our helmets at once but any suggestions would be nice.

Players fees are as follows: $125 for returning players that HAVE a Mustangs Jersey.  $100 for new players that DO NOT HAVE a Mustangs Jersey.  New players will also need to purchase a uniform and that price is still being worked out but it will be between $80-$100.  Players fees are higher than last year but our ownership is hoping for an overage this year after operating costs that can help fund some things like Coaches, Player travel costs, and Reimburssment for away game attendance for example...  Our ownership is dedicated to put this money back into the team to take us to the next level.  Please get me your players fees as soon as possible, get this out of the way so we can focus entirely on preparing for this season on the field.  There will be a deadline this year as to when they must be paid by and it will be several weeks before our first game and if they are not paid you wont be on the practice or game field period. No exceptions I dont care who you are.

After our first team meeting we really feel good about the new direction we are headed.  Player commitment to the team and to winning are our main focuses this year. With a good range of players to choose from it will be a fight to see who gets on the field and takes us to the championship!  

I am starting to put together a roster of guys interested as of now so please contact me if you are interested in playing.  Please email me your following information: Name, Phone Number, Position (O and D), Height, Weight, Speed (and don't lie), and last Experiance.  Experiance should be in this order. RMFL teams played for and years played, NFL, College, and or High School experiance.  Please include all this information! 

We need any and all coaching suggestions!  If you have any ideas of someone who would be able to find the time to be at all the games and practices then please let me know so we can contact them and see if they would fit into our system. Thanks.
