Welcome to the Illinois Valley Little League for 2009!!
We are excited this year to bring in our new board members for all of your needs. We would like you take a moment and click on the board tab and see who the new members of the Little League Board are and get aquainted so that you will know who to contact about any questions that you may have regarding a particular position. All of our board members are excited about some changes and anyone of them will be happy to help, or get you the answers if they don't know at the time. We are here for the sport of the game and for the children to enjoy themselves. We hope that with your support we will make this the best Little League in the Valley and best season ever!
We have a few changes in mind this year that we know you will be pleased about. We plan on a having a monthly news letter, more pictures, more information and some different fund raisers, to make this an exciting and enjoyable year for your child and you.
We will be opening the first Little League Office located in Cave Junction. This is so you can enroll your child in Little League, get forms, pick up the pictures, get the uniforms or just drop by and say Hi! The address will soon be posted on this website so watch for it.
We'll see you at the Ballpark! Play Ball!

THE MISSION OF LITTLE LEAGUE
Little League Baseball, Incorporated is a non-profit organization whose mission is to "promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of those who will participate in Little League Baseball and Softball."
Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, the Little League program assists youth in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the Little League Baseball and Softball program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.
