At the bottom of this page are the current workouts sheets for both teams. - Periodically our players will be given articles on current players from high school, college & the WNBA. Our players are encouraged to read the articles for a sense of motivation in an effort to keep their desire high to strive to be the best. We also complete article review forms on each player.
