Inglemoor Boys Soccer: Sports Packet

Download your sports packet
In order to tryout for soccer, the following forms must be submitted. Please download the forms, fill them out, have parent and player sign, and turn them in to Frank Naish or the main office well before the first day of tryouts (at the latest, the Friday before tryouts). Packets are also available at Inglemoor. Please turn in ALL forms together or the packet will be returned to you. If the player does not make either the JV or Varsity team, the player will be refunded the $70 sports participation fee. Click the "Handout" link below to access the downloadable packet contents.
