There are two ways to register:

1. Online Registration - Once again we are utilizing the online registration tool offered by eteamz. Online Registration is now open - Click here

   2. Walk-in Registration - Walk-in Registration for the 2012 season will held at the following:

       -  At our Winter Baseball Clinics from 5:30 to 7:30 Myer Elementery School starting on 2/2.       

       -  2/12 Walk-in Registration from 12 to 5 @ the Hurley Reformed Church.  (Snow date is 2/18)

To register children must be between League ages of 4 and 12 and must either:

1. Live in the Town of Hurley or
2. Have participated or have a sibling who participated in 2011 Hurley Little League season.

Note:  See the age chart in the handout section of our web-site to determine League Age.  4 year old and T-Ball programs follow the Baseball Age Chart.

Registration is required even if the child played previously. At least one parent or legal guardian must be present. A copy of your child’s birth certificate is required if your child has not previously participated in Hurley Little League.

All Registration forms are available in the handouts section of our web-site.  Please download and fill out your forms in advance to speed up your live registration.  Please fill out a player registration form and medical release form for each player.  One parent code of conduct and can shake form per family.

Fees:  Single Player: $70        Family (2 or more):  $115 

            4 Year Old Players: $50  (New Division This Year)                  

Fully refundable work bond of $50 (separate post-dated check)
