2012 Little League Volunteer Application is now available

Hello Hudson Valley Little League Family!

The baseball season is upon us and we are looking for some great people to help out the league.  We are looking for our baseball family to help out in many capacities.

If you are interested in signing up to be a volunteer, please fill out the 2012 Little League Volunteer Application.   You can do this by clicking the title of this article and it will open up the application in .PDF format.  Please be sure you have a .PDF reader installed on your PC (download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/).  The link for the application allows you to type in your information or print it first then write everything in.  

Please make sure to sign and date your application and bring a copy of your driver's license.

We will be holding sign ups on the following dates.

Friday, Feb. 3rd - 6:00pm to 8:00pm at RCS Middle School Gym
Saturday, Feb. 4th - 9:00am to 1:00pm at RCS Middle School Gym
Wednesday, Feb. 8th - 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Hootz Family Fun Center
Saturday, Feb. 18th - 9:00pm to 12:00pm at RCS Middle School Gym

2012 Spring Registration Ages 4 to 12.

 

If you would like to mail in your registration form, you may do so by printing out the form below and mailing it together with the following:

Check or money order made out to HVLL.

Copy of the childs birth certificate (if they have not played with HVLL last year)

Proof of residency. Which can be a utility bill, copy of legal guardians drivers license, property tax bill and or a motor vehicle registration.

First child $75.00

Second child $25.00

Third child $10.00
