Horizon Little League: Registration
SPRING Registration Information
Required forms and the Registration Checklist are available online and at each Spring registration event.

To register a player, you must:

live within our boundaries.

show three original proofs of residency

show an original birth certificate for your player
Completion of player registration, medical release and parent code of conduct forms are required for registration. These forms may be downloaded here. Note that Adobe Acrobat Reader software is required. This software can be obtained at no charge from www.adobe.com.
You will be asked to present your child's original birth certificate and at least three original proofs of residence within our boundaries. See the REGISTRATION CHECKLIST or the Proof of Residency information to make sure you bring the right types of documents.
Proof of residency information is required by Little League Baseball and is being used solely for Little League business. With the exception of volunteer background checks, Social Security Numbers are NOT being requested. NONE of this information will not be posted or otherwise distributed by Horizon Little League.
SPRING Fees, SPRING Divisions and How SPRING Teams are Formed
You may pay with cash or check. Credit Card payment is available only at Big League Dugout registrations. (see the FALL registration flyer for information on FALL divisions, teams, and fees.

Coach Pitch – by location for players not drafted to the other levels; requests accommodated if possible, but not guaranteed. Farm, AA, AAA and Majors players are placed only through a draft. Player must play where drafted and may not opt in or out of a level. AA and AAA teams may be combined into one division if needed based on number of registered players. |
