TO: All Hopkins Dynamo Soccer Club Parents:
Hopkins Dynamo Soccer Club is fortunate to have so many parent volunteers at the team level. We depend upon you daily for implementation of our soccer program and greatly appreciate your energy and efforts on behalf of your team. Our program is successful because of our incredible volunteers. We need your help. We are now looking for parents of soccer players that are interested in helping shape direction and policy for Hopkins Dynamo on the Board level. This will include monthly meetings and a two year commitment to a position.
We have had Hopkins Dynamo Soccer Club Board structure organizational meetings over the past few months and are now ready to implement our action plan. We want to fill the Board positions identified by early summer 2008. We do have a couple of people that have stepped forward and are willing to be appointed to the Board, but we do need more people. We have a very talented group of parents and we would love for you to explore your area of interest with Dynamo Soccer.
Board Positions:
President – Chief executive officer
Vice President – Assist President
Treasurer – Maintain financial records
Secretary – Record keeper
Boys Representative – Help recruit and form teams for boys
Girls Representative – Help recruit and form teams for girls
Marketing/Publicity – Coordinate projects involved in marketing
