2007 Referee Info
Hopkins Dynamo Soccer Club referees are assigned by M & D Sports Services. Merry Hilger & Diana O’Connor are the Assignors. They are using Assign by Web and their website is merryhilger.com. Everything is posted on their site for you to register as a referee for Hopkins Dynamo. Referee checks will be issued on June 1, June 15, July 1, after July 17 (we will wait for all cards to be sent in).

What do you need to sign up:
W-9, Waiver form & proof of age (birth certificate or copy of driver license). Forms are available on the Forms page at merryhilger.com.You will need a new waiver every year, a new W-9 if you change addresses and proof of age only once.   Change your availability calendar, all calendars are set to completely unavailable right now.

Meeting:
There will be a short referee meeting on Monday, April 16, at Hopkins Pavilion, 11000 Excelsior Boulevard in the upstairs meeting room at 7:00 p.m. You may bring your forms to this meeting. If you are not able to come to the meeting, you may still sign up to be a referee on Assign by Web, information on the Forms page at merryhilger.com.

Field training:
Monday, April 30
Tuesday, May 1
Wednesday, May 2
Thursday, May 3
At Hopkins West Jr High, 3830 Baker Road, Minnetonka from 5:45 – 8:00 p.m.
Look for referee mentor, Gentry Thatcher on the upper field south of the school. Field training is not required, but highly suggested for all referees.

Referee Certification:
If you need to be certified as a referee for this season, there are still classes available at minnesotasrc.org.
