MIDGET FOOTBALL – AGES 13 & 14 (105 – 170 lbs)
AND AGE 15 (Older/Lighter 105 – 140 lbs)

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AT REGISTRATION:
1. Copy of child’s birth certificate
2. 2x3 Current color photograph (taken within the past 12 months) of child with NO hat or sunglasses
3. ALL registration forms (ALL 7 PAGES) need to be filled out in BLUE or BLACK ink

The 2012 Season Registration will be held on Saturday, March 24th at San Benito High School’s O’Donnell Gymnasium (the old gym)
- registration is from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
FULL PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES AND
½ PAYMENT OF CHEER INVOICE IS DUE AT REGISTRATION!
(Visa, Mastercard will be accepted at registration)
2012 Registration Fees:
$250 FOOTBALL
$200 CHEER (does not include warm-up & uniform)
ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS MUST ATTEND and are required to wear basketball shorts, t-shirt and slip-off shoes. Weigh-ins and fittings for football gear are required at registration this season!
ALL CHEERLEADERS MUST ATTEND in order to try on uniforms and get fitted for this season. The cheer uniforms are the same as last season but everyone is still required to attend fittings. The price of the uniform package is still to be determined.
PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE REGISTRATION FORMS. FILL ALL 7 PAGES COMPLETELY OUT IN BLUE OR BLACK INK AND BRING THEM WITH YOU TO THE REGISTRATION DAY!

There will be doctor on-site at registration (Dr. Stone) that will be conducting physicals for an additional $25 for.

Notice of Intent for 2012 Season is Due
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 15th!
In order to start planning for the upcoming Football and Cheer season, we sent out this "Notice of Intent" to all participants of the 2011 season. The downloadable form (located in the HANDOUTS section) must be completed and mailed in by February 15, 2012 in order to inform Hollister Youth Football & Cheer of your child's intent to participate in the 2012 season. NOTE: Please fill one form out for EACH Participant during 2011.
Those not received by 02/15/12 will be assumed as not returning.

NOW ACCEPTING 2011 BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPLICATIONS
The Hollister Vikings Football & Cheer organization is always looking for help from within the community and from the families of our fine young athletes – it takes a lot of team work and effort to power HYF&C. To achieve this goal, every year we accept nominations for various board positions.
These positions carry various responsibilities, but without them we could not operate! If you feel you or someone you know might be a candidate for one of these positions, we encourage you to download a board application and mail it in! Please note that all positions are strictly volunteer positions and are not paid.
Board meetings are held monthly throughout the entire year. Even when our kids are not playing, we are still working on improving our organization. We strongly encourage parents to volunteer and have a direct impact on all of our participating children as athletes, scholars and members of our community!
Post marked no later than January 15th, 2012, appointment effective February 1st, 2012.

are extremely proud of our Jr. Midget Cheerleaders.They did an awesome
job performing at the National Championship. Unfortunately, they won't
be coming home with a trophy this time... But they are the 9th best in
the nation out of 16 very competitive teams amongst them! Great job
girls! And an awesome job to the coaches and staff!
