Major TOC
The final score was Hollister Orioles 7 - Hartnell Giants 5. It had very thing you would want in a championship game. The score was tied 5-5 going into the bottom of the fifth. Hollister manufactured two runs to take the lead. Hollister brought in Tyler Ruiz in the top of the sixth to close out the victory for Trevor Gessell. Tyler walked the first batter. Two batters later with one out and a man on first Tyler got Hartnell's number three hitter, who had five homeruns in the tournament so far, to ground into a 6-3 double play to end the game. The shortstop on the play was non-other than Trevor Gessell. Congratulations to both teams for a tremendous game and tournament.
