| Junior Varsity League | There are 17 area high schools that will be participating in the JV schedule: St. John Vianny, Howell, Manalapan, Freehold, Brick Memorial, CBA, Mannasquan, Middletown North, Middletown South, Colts Neck, Wall, Shore Regional, Rumson-Fair Haven, Monroe, Red Bank Catholic, Jackson Liberty and Jackson Memorial. Cost for the two JV Middletown teams to participate is approximately $6,200. | Bob Doyle | |
| HIM Website | The South website is being maintained by Patty Doyle and Shari Bose and the North website is being maintained by Carla Rodriguez. The South website has been ranked #8 for the 2008/2009 school year which is a nice recognition. | Looking for upcoming parents to assist at either website as well as learning for next year. | Bob Doyle |
| Dinner Dance | As of today (10/6) there are approximately 180 committed attendees which is the largest number to date for the dinner dance. Since this year is the 10th anniversary it is thought that it might be the reason for such a large attendance. | The committee will have a special 10 year video, 10 year commemorative t-shirts and souvenirs for each couple attending. It is very important to get in your 50/50 money to Bob Doyle. Any assistance you can offer the day of the dinner dance please make your availability known to either Bob Doyle, Tony DeCicco, Steve Kokolak, who will put you in touch with a committee member. | Dinner Dance Committee headed by Doreen Bussey. |
| North/South Game at the Prudential Center | The North/South game is scheduled for December 5 at 4:30 p.m. in the NJ Devils practice arena. Cost for the games is $50.00 per person. All players will attend both games for free and must travel to and from on the bus just as if it were an away game. No one will be able to leave with a parent. Parents will be required to execute two (2) waivers one for the rink and one for Hockey in Middletown for their player to participate. Tickets will be headed up by Jack DeSantis. We are looking for a parent volunteer from North for this committee as well as someone to take on the responsibility of parking inquiry for the area lots. | Abe Littenberg will check with the NJ Devils to find out the capacity of the practice rink for the North/South game as well as the maximum number of tickets we will have for the Devils/Red Wings game. He is also going to see if we can run a 50/50 during the North/South game. Further information will be forthcoming. | Board Member Nominations | If anyone is interested in assuming a position on the Board please make this known to Bob Doyle.
