| Cost of Ice | Bob Doyle explained the cost of ice for the upcoming season as compared to the past and also explained the contracted ice cost in the contract thru 2012. | The cost of the ice goes up approximately $20 per hour/year. | Bob Doyle |
| Security | We will be receiving a credit for not using police security for last season and utilizing the Board of Education security at a reduced cost. | Bob Doyle | |
| Games | The games will be Sunday nights 4:15 and 6:15 p.m. and practices are at 3:15 (day to be determined). | Bob Doyle | |
| Trainer Expense | The expense for the cost of having a trainer at all games is the responsibility of HIM. | Bob Doyle | |
| Dinner Dance | Donations and ticket purchases have been slow. Please remember that this is the largest fundraiser HIM has and your attendance is greatly appreciated. In 2008 we had approximately 120 attendees. | The committee will have a special 10 year video, 10 year commemorative t-shirts and souvenirs for each couple attending. It is very important to get in your 50/50 money to Bob Doyle and your gift basket and school grand prize donations to the Dinner Dance Committee. | Dinner Dance Committee headed by Doreen Bussey. |
| Captains Clinics | The captains clinics are beginning cost is $200 for HIM members and $250 for non-members. Players for the upcoming season are encouraged to attend. | If you know of any incoming freshman interested in the hockey program please take a flyer for them. | Bob Doyle |
| North/South Game at the Prudential Center | The North/South game is scheduled for December 5 at 4:30 p.m. in the NJ Devils practice arena. Immediately following the game is the NJ Devils vs. Detroit Red Wings. Cost for the North/South game is $3.00 per person and to stay for the Devils game is an additional $40.00 per person. Since the players are going to be bussed and this is a school event their attendance at the Devils game is mandatory. | Abe Littenberg is in contact with the NJ Devils to make this event a spectacular one and is inquiring about having a player(s) from the Devils meet and speak to the boys.
