Meeting Minutes The prior meeting minutes have been approved as written.    
Golf Outing The total amount of the golf outing has not been tallied as of yet approximate net is $19,000.  Lowest number of golfers since having event though only 115.  It is still the most successful fundraising event we have had all year.   Dr. Rosenbloom
Board of Education Budget  Has been approved and we will be receiving funds from them for program as in past.   Bob Doyle
HIM Meetings  Bob is trying to book all of the meetings thru December 2009 for the library.   Bob Doyle
Dinner Dance  The dinner dance committee is being formed and complete list of participants will be forthcoming.   Bob Doyle
End of Year Barbeque  The end of the year/summer barbeque will be hosted by the DeCicco’s.   Bob Doyle
Accounts  Discussion on moving some of the funds from checking into a CD.    
NJ Devils Arena  Abe Littenberg will be inquiring as to having both schools participate in a game at the Prudential Center and seeing a Devils game.   Abe Littenberg
Roller Tournament  The rollers tournament was one of the most successful and highest netting we have ever had.  Anticipated net is approximately $15,000.    
Car Wash  We are inquiring about holding a car wash at North   Patricia DeCicco
Track Event  The track event will be held next Saturday with Jacques doing the catering.   Bernadette Maturo
Scholarship The recipient of the Nick Petrunti Scholarship was Ricky BuonomoThe recipients of the two Luke Nesbihal Scholarships were Pat O’Donnell – South, Dan Wrensen – North.    
PSE&G Donation An employee of PSE&G participated in a program they have for employees offering a fundraising/non-profit group a donation and we received a check for $300.    
Applebees The Applebees fundraiser netted $196.    
North Booster Club We received a check for $1,500 donation.
