CLINICS & TEAM TRAINING
Team Indoor Training
Click on "Clinics & Team Training" at the left for the complete team winter indoor training schedule.
NOTE: It is not necessary to register or pay separately for team training; the cost of this is included in the club annual fee.
Winter Training Clinics
NEW for 2009 - 2010, featuring John Ball of the Rochester Rhinos - clinics will include both technical & tactical training elements

Saturdays, 11am - 12pm, at All-Star Sports on East Ridge Road, Irondequoit, $45 for each 6-week session, alternating weeks for girls & boys
Session #1: October 31st - January 30th for girls, November 7th - February 6th for boys
Session #2: February 13th - May 1st for girls, Febuary 20th - May 8th for boys

Sundays, 2pm - 3pm, weekly November 1 - December 13, at the DMS Sports Dome on Ridge Road West, Spencerport, $45 for the 6-week training session (combined boys & girls training clinic)
