If you have not received the paper to fill out for tickets or if you need more you can download them.

If you were unable to make the physicals this week you can download the form from the download documents section and take it to your own doctor. Physicals must be completed before the first day of practice, August 4th.

There is still a few openings left on the Rookie, JV, and Varsity squads. Pee wee is full, but we do have a waitlist. If you want to sign your child up, contact Steve Dutey, President @678-0605. Cost is $150.00 per child and you will need a copy of your child's birth certificate.
