| There is a football meeting scheduled for November 21st at 7:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and you do not have to be on the agenda to speak. It might be good to let the board know how you feel |

| Also as a concerned Grandparent, the favoritism that is evident, is one that we, as Parents should not stand for. What happened to at least four plays in a game? We sat and watched some only get two plays! ALL the children practice their hearts out, giving 110%. Parents show up to cheer their little guys on, to sit in the stands and watch the same kids, do the same things, ending in the same results! Why? Because they wear a "name." How are the others supposed to learn, sitting on the sidelines? This has been brought to the attention of a few coaches, who by the way, do not agree with the decisions and politics of the ones in charge. All we can hope for is, the ones sitting on the side, don't give up and, the coaches that have repeatedly made this error, will not be allowed the honor of being called "Coach" next year. Shame on you! |

Coach DeSalles,
Thanks for seeing the heart in my little guy, he's wanted to play football from the time he could walk and talk. You've seen that and overlooked us not being a well known "name" in Hilmar and also not being a coaches kid. Thanks for giving our son the opportunity this year and we will miss you deeply. |

| I was too VERY disappointed in the JV game yesterday. My son practices as hard as anyone else on the JV team and has more heart for football then I see in most kids, but yet because he isn't a coaches kid or because our "name" isn't well known in Hilmar, my son sits on the side lines and gets 2 plays during the whole game. I'm beginning to wonder if coaches should be allowed to coach their own children and show such unfairness. I've kept my mouth closed all season, but with only 1 game left what more do I have to lose or my son for that matter, so if you are ONLY going to play your 1st string kids, at least win the games or give your 2nd or 3rd string boys the chance to do so!! |

I was sorely disappointed at todays JV game. I drive 30 minutes to see my Grandson stand on the side lines. I don't mind coming but it would be nice since his parents paid for him to play to see him on the field more often. I notice the coaches' sons don't spend the same amount of time of the sidelines. Why is that? Everyone pays everyone should play equally. Favoritism should not be so transparent.
