Welcome to the Highlanders Little League Community.

Highlanders Little League has been a part of Redwood City's community since 1954.

Click on the Boundaries tab to see the area of Redwood City we service

Our teams consist of boys and girls league age 5 to 18. (League age is age on April 30th of the season year). Our main purpose is to teach the game of baseball while providing a character and self esteem building program promoting fun all the way through.

You must live or have lived in our boundary to play for Highlanders.
If you register and are not in our boundary, your registration will be cancelled minus a $10 processing fee and you may miss out on registration in the league you belong in. Little League mandates this, not us. The boundary map says it all! Check it out.
Check the FAQ tab for answers to frequently asked questions. Once teams are set up, usually by mid February, your online account enables Coaches and Parents to view and communicate with their team.

If you have any comments or questions, send us an email

Tryout Dates and Schedules

Tryouts, or an evaluation practice as we like to tell the kids, are coming up soon. The times and dates are listed below. This can be a nerve racking experience for some kids. They not only are on the spotlight in front of peers, but there are coaches with clipboards watching every move they make. Ways you can help calm the nerves: Good night sleep, nutritious meal and positive reinforcement. It is ok to make mistakes. Wipe them off and move on.  Lastly, get out there and practice prior to ease those nerves!

Tryout Clinic 9-12year olds: January 21st 1-3 Mitchell Field

This is a relaxed mock up tryout where the players will get a chance to go through the same drills they will be doing in the formal tryout. This is not mandatory.
