The Registration & Parent Code of Conduct Forms are the required forms you will need when registering your child for baseball or softball. Please be sure to review the Residence Eligibility Requirements handout as this provides a list of acceptable forms of proof of residency.
HPLL is always in need of Volunteers! If you are interested in Volunteering for the 2012 season, please fill out a 2012 Volunteer Application (this can also be filled out on your computer prior to printing!) & bring it with you to one of our walk-in registration dates along with a current photo ID.
