Summit Striker Fútbol Club Winter Training 2015

U11 Boys, U12 Boys, U13 Boys, U14 Boys & U13 Girls Teams

It is important to develop the SSFC players throughout the year so that players work on improving ball skills and technique as we continue to compete against teams from around the state. Spring season is right around the corner. It is vital that we still provide other avenues for development during the winter to ready our players for the up and coming spring season.

This Winter SSFC is again offering free training at the Breckenridge Recreation Center Gym and Silverthorne Elementary School Gym. We highly encourage Striker players to train in the off season. This is an excellent opportunity to regroup with fellow players to challenge techniqual skills and continue to grow & develop to prep for the upcoming season.

SSFC Winter Indoor Training Program: The training program will be a 1 ½ hour session once a week for 6 weeks. The first ½ hour of training is designed to increase technical skills and ball control through a warm-up session that focuses on individual skills. The remaining hour will be strictly scrimmage play. SSFC players will be divided into teams to play in 5 vs. 5 indoor matches. ?
