2009 Season starts soon!!!!!!

Spring Training begins FEBRUARY 22nd

Opening Day is temporarily scheduled for MARCH 15 (possible change to March 8).

As 2009 begins, there are 4 Autumn/Spring league games yet to be played, pluss possible playoffs. due to last year's sucess at the GBN Minor League, the Hawks were promoted to the Major League, Top Class; a daunting task on paper, but with a little persevearance sucess can be achieved.

The franchise also returns to Summer Sstrong League, 1st class.The Hawks have a chance to become the first team since Strong League's inception in 2001 to qualify for a league playoff tournament in 6 out of 8 leagues entered.
