ROUND ROBIN FORMAT - Three games guaranteed (weather permitting), able to accommodate 20+ teams per age bracket (7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14).
ENTRY: All entries are due by April 23, 2007 (First come, first served)
DRAW AND RULES: 8:30 p.m. Friday, April 27th Fullerton Rec. Center, 4304 Fullerton Ave.
TEAMS: This is an ?A-Tournament? with special invitation to the BCML AA division teams. The AA teams may be placed in a separate division. NO METRO TEAMS/PLAYERS.
ROSTERS: Due April 27, 2007, Age prior to May 1, 2007 determines age group.
ENTRY FEE: $150 per team payable to O.F.R.C.  ALL fees to be paid before the draw. No refunds after the draw.
UMPIRES: Each team will split umpire costs prior to game. Rates TBA.

Round Robin Format
Saturday, June 9th and Sunday, June 10th (for Rec Division only)
Friday, June 15th, Saturday, June 16th and Sunday, June 17th for Open Division and finals of Rec Division
Age Brackets: Rec Div Baseball: 7-8, 9-10A, 9-10B, 11-12A, 11-12B, 13-14A, 13-14B, 15-18 and 19U
Girls Softball: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 19U
Open/Club Div Baseball: 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 16U, 19U, 22U
We reserve the right to move a team from an A or B division to another.
Baseball: May 1, 2007 determines age group. Softball: January 1, 2007 determines age
Entry: All entries are due by June 1, 2007 and are on first come, first serve basis. All players in the Rec Division must be participating in an in-house program during the spring of 2007 to be eligible. Club Division is open to all Club, American Legion, Metro, Mid-Maryland teams, etc.
Rules: 7-8 and 9-10 will use Little League Rules; 11 and up will use American League Rules. (There will be Tournament modifications) Insurance required for all teams.
Draw:  Sunday, June 3, 2007 at 7 p.m. at Essex Elementary School Activity Room, 100 Mace Avenue, Baltimore MD 21221. Rosters are due June 3, 2007 at the draw. All managers or travel coordinator signatures on Rosters confirm adherence to all rules.
Entry Fee: $150.00 per team. Make checks payable t Essex Recreation. Paperwork must be faxed prior to Draw and check can be paid at time of draw.
Umpires: Each team will be responsible for half of the umpire fees, prior to all games. Rates will be available at Draw meeting.
