Hanover Township Little League: Welcome
Hanover Township Little League is a non-profit organization whose mission is to "to promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of the youth of Cedar Knolls and Whippany, New Jersey that participate in Little League Baseball and Softball."
Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, the Little League program assists the youth of Hanover Township in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the Hanover Township Little League Baseball and Softball program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.

REGISTRATION FOR BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL FOR SPRING 2012 IS NOW OPEN!
Welcome to Spring 2012 (even if it may not feel like spring). Your HTLL Board has been busy getting ready for the season and one of the critical steps is for you to register. We are once again using on-line registration. Please click on the Handouts link below or on the menu to your left to get to the various documents listed here that will help you through the registration process.
· HTLL Online Registration FAQ 2012 – answers to many of the questions you may have about registration. Please read this first, even if you are generally comfortable with on-line registration.
· Registering for the first time – first time registering anyone in the family
· Registration for returning users – for anyone who played in the spring or fall last year, even if you did not register on-line
· HTLLDivisonalChart2012 – age chart for those not sure what division your child will play in and information about playing up, if grade appropriate
· HTLLRegistration2012FormforWebsite – paper copy of the registration form for those who do not want to register on-line themselves. Bring this completed form to the in-person registration on February 9 between 7 – 9 pm at the Recreation Center.
· HTLL Registration Flyer 2012 – copy of the flyer that went home through the schools
· Rutgers Certification Course Flyer – details on how to sign up if you do not already have a coaching card and would like to volunteer to be a coach this spring

Don’t forget evaluations will be held Saturday February 25 for certain players/divisions. Refer to the Registration Flyer for more information.
This year’s registration fee remains unchanged from last year: $85.00 – 1st CHILD; $65.00 – 2ND CHILD; 3RD (or more) CHILD - $180.00 per FAMILY
A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for each child for registrations received after February 24th.
Note that registration closes on February 24th for FARM AA, MINORS, MAJORS, and JUNIORS/SENIORS and March 16th for TEE and FARM A. Any registrations received after these dates will be put on a waiting list.

HTLL held a public meeting at Monroe Hall on Whippany Road on Tuesday, December 13, at 7:30 open to all members of the public.
