All entries are to be done online at www.ezmeets.com. Simple directions for receiving a password and submitting entries online are below. Coaches: Even though a F/S Girls Division shows up on the EZMeets page for Hampton Phillips, there is no Frosh Soph Girls Division for this meet. Do not enter athletes in the Frosh-Soph Girls Division or they will be left out of the meet. Please read all information on the page before beginning.The Frosh-Soph 200 Invitational trophie race is back. All 200 meter and 400m Hurdle event winners recieve a unique trophie in honor of our meet namesakes Password: Coaches, to receive a password that allows you to submit your entries at ezmeets, please contact Anthony Camargo, and provide school information and a contact number. Anthony Camargo will respond within 24 hours with a password to get you up and running. Once you have received your password, go to ezmeets, scroll down the page until you find the Hampton-Phillips logo (same logo as the one on the bottom of this page), click on Entries and you will be on your way. 1. Once inside the Entries page, click on the Team drop-down menu and select your school. Then enter your password in the cell at the right and select a division (VG, VB, F/S, Middle School, etc. - Remember, there is no F/S Girls Division for this meet). Then click on "Do It". **PLEASE NOTE - THERE IS NO F/S 100 METERS OR 1600 METERS. THERE IS NO DISTANCE MEDLEY RELAY FOR VARSITY BOYS OR GIRLS. PLEASE CONSULT OUR MEET SCHEDULE PAGE FOR A LIST OF EVENTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR EACH DIVISION. 1. Take Total Number of Individual Entries X $6.00 Please make checks payable to: Silver Creek High School Track Entry Fees must be paid BEFORE athletes may compete. There will be no exceptions. A $30.00 late fee will be assessed for any additional entries after the MARCH 20th deadline. The meet will be run rain or shine. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR ENTRIES. Accepted entries and fees due will be posted on the site by Monday,March 24 2008. If you have any questions pertaining to your entries or entry fee, please contact Anthony Camargo. LAST DAY TO ENTER or SCRATCH IS THURSDAY, March 20th. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS DATE.

2. Now you need to provide your name, email address and phone number (10 digits - area code is required!) in order to begin your entries. If something is entered incorrectly the program will not allow you to continue, so make sure all information is entered correctly. If there are ever any changes, just click on "Update Contact Info" after logging in with your password.
3. Once you are in, start entering each athlete in his/her events with accurate marks for proper seeding. To enter a relay team, click on "Enter New Relay," type in the team name and enter a seed mark.
4. If you ever need to update your entries before the deadline (add/delete events, update marks, remove an athlete), just click on the athlete's name after logging in to the appropriate division and make the necessary changes.
Keep track of the number of individual entries and relays for your team, so you may calculate the proper entry fee to bring on the day of the meet.
Entry Fees:
2. Take Total Number of Relay Entries X $15.00
3. Add the two totals for your complete entry fee.
REMEMBER: If you enter an athlete in four individual events, that will be four individual entries.
