IMPORTANT Notice to Parents
Hamilton Sparta equipment selection committee spends a lot of time and effort to ensure our teams and players are well presented on and off the field. The equipment selection committee members are Mike Garon (chair) Glenn Davies, Dave Fitzpatrick, Alan Jones, Joe Camilleri and Harry Poree and Paul Gesse. The committee has again done a terrific job working out the details for the 2004 uniforms with our supplier, Inaria. Click on the above link to see how Hamilton Sparta distributes the registration fee back to the players. The registration cost for the 2004 outdoor season is $375.00 per player. Sparta players each receive a complete uniform for both home and away games. The package including two shirt, two shorts and two pair of socks, a track suite and a gym bag and much more. Travel Permits
Teams requiring travel permits for tournament play can print a pre-authorized Travel Permit by clicking on the links below.
Note: Teams are responsible for the payment of Travel Permits to the Hamilton and District. Payment should be made by the coach at the time of issue to the Hamilton and District.

Tournament Cheques
Teams entering tournaments must request a cheque from the Club Treasurer. Cheques will be made payable to the organization running the tournament. This guideline applies to all tournaments, indoor and outdoor. Personal cheques must not be issued by the teams coaching staff for tournaments.

Get Acrobat Reader
Sparta is trying to standardize documents published on the Web. Look for future Club information to be published in Adobe PDF format. This will eliminate the need for special software to read and print the provided information. If you need Adobe Acobat Reader it can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe web site. Click on "Get Acrobat Reader" to access the Adobe web site and follow the instructions.

This form can be used to register player for indoor and outdoor seasons. The form is divided into 3 sections. Ensure you provide the OSA Number and player pass book if available.

Registration Policy
Use this document as a reference for all registration issues.
Outdoor registration: cost will be collected by each teams coaching staff and submitted to the Club Registrar. Registration cheques should cover the cost of registration only. IMPORTANT Do not mix registration cheques with team accounts cheques.
Indoor registration: The cost of indoor soccer will be credited to each team.
