- As per club requirements, we are required to hold open-try outs. 

- NO TRY-OUT FEES!

- Players a free to tryout for any or all positions. 

- Players must declare if there is a position they will not play.  (eg will not play defense).

- Objective evaluators will be used to help coaching staff make final decisions

- We are targeting a bench/roster of no more than 15 players.

What we will be looking for:

fitness (both endurance and short sprints, you should be able to run for the entirety of a game and sprint when called for)

trapping (first touch and control with balls on the ground and in the air)

passing (short passes on the ground and longer balls in the air to feet)

dribbling ability (keeping the ball close, ability to beat defenders, comfort with the ball)  

shooting/finishing (both feet and/or head, from close and far range)

defending ability (close down, cover, role of 2nd defender)

game knowledge (knowing positions, transitioning, movement on the field, correct runs, etc.)  

heading ability (pretty much not being afraid to head

attitude (follows directions well, is on time, respectful, etc.)

commitment (strong effort to attend all practices and/or games)
