Jan 1 Zero out the previous outdoor season records from the RDS database.

Jan 2 Start collecting Early Registrations from Teams for the outdoor season, must include the following.

Registration Forms and Cheques for players

Signed Player Books

Coaching Staff Registration Forms

Birth Certificates and Photos for new players

Feb 1 Enter players and staff into the RDS database.

Apr 8 Register 7 Players for all Elite teams

Apr 20 Finish collecting the player and coaching registration information, must include the following.

Registration Forms and Cheques for players

Signed Player Books

Coaching Staff Registration Forms

Birth Certificates and Photos for new players

May 15 Registrar to supply Teams with finalized rosters, coaching staffs

Jul 1 Zero out previous seasons indoor season from the RDS database

Sep 1 Start registration process for new indoor season
