“The Rev” comes back in “08” looking to build off of a positive post-season after a tough season at the plate last year. He has already shown flashes of past excellence during this year’s preseason. His steady play at second alongside running mate and shortstop Dan Kaminski help to anchor an infield that featured one of the best double play tandems in the league. Jeff’s continued leadership, on and off the field, gained him a tri-captain position... a first for the Hackers. When asked what is most important to him this summer, Pugliese responded, “A repeat of last year before the 'big day' would be ideal," referring to his imminent marriage further fueling speculation that his future wife, Katie, is going ask him to trade in his cleats for a pair of ice skates to fulfill her lofty dream of performing in the highly acclaimed show, “Mork and Mindy on Ice.”
