The West Island Royals met the Ilves Team East from Finland as Dorval Arena became an international venue Friday night.  The Finns showed their usual balanced play, sharing the puck in the offensive zone.  The Royals short handed versus the 19 deep Finns battled to a draw until Ilves added two powerplay goals in the second half of the second period to go up 2 goals.  The game finished 2-0 with West Island having chances to get back in it slip away with the clock.  It was an entertaining and well played game between two equally matched teams.
