The Washington Hurricanes, based out of the Eastside,  are an incredible group of softball players who realize that team success only comes when you sacrifice individual glory. The Washington Hurricanes strive to provide a safe and healthy environment that is both mentally and physically rewarding for any girl who is willing to accept the challenge and commitment of team sports. The Canes believe that by providing an environment that rewards dedication, determination, cooperation and hard work, the girls will build the foundation they need to ensure their success as young adults.

Canes - You have been the best group of ladies I have ever been associated with.  Do not ever let there be a moment of sadness, rather a time of celebration of what we were as a team.  I may have thought I was coaching you, but in reality, you were coaching me too.  May life bring you all the success you desire, but remember all rewards come from the effort you put into your life.
