ALLSTAR REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENCY:
Residence shall be established and supported by documents dated between February 1, 2011 and February 1, 2012, from THREE OR MORE of the following categories to determine residency of such parent(s) or guardian:1. Driver’s License
2. Voter’s Registration
3. School records
4. Welfare/child care records
5. Federal records
6. State records
7. Local (municipal) records
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or tenant records
10. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
11. Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
12. Insurance documents
13. Medical records
14. Military records
15. Internet, cable or satellite records
16. Vehicle records
17. Employment records
NOTE: Example – Three utility bills (three items from No. 10 above) constituteonly ONE document.
PICTURES WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE LEAGUE THIS THURSDAY (MAY 24TH). IF YOU HAVE MONIES DUE, YOUR PICTURES WILL BE HELD UNTIL YOUR BALANCE IS CLEAR. IF YOUR TEAM OWES FOR SWEETHEART/BEAU, THE TEAM'S PICTURES WILL BE HELD UNTIL BALANCE IS PAID.

WHEN EMAILING YOUR SCORES AND PITCH COUNT,
Each team is responsible for either keeping score or announcing during the games. The HOME team is responsible for keeping the Official Scorebook and the VISITOR is to announce players and operate scoreboard, as well as bat/pitch count where applicable (minor boys, major boys, jr boys and sr boys). An adult needs to be up in the press box during the games. (Official score keeping and pitch count must be done by someone 18 or older). Pitch count and scores must be reported immediately after the game by the visiting team to hllkeeper@yahoo.com with a copy to hllkeeper@embarqmail.com. Teams will be penalized for not reporting pitch counts. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF IN THE PRESS BOXES!! The only people that clean out press boxes are volunteers, so please do you part.
