It's Spring Training Time!!

The following dates and times are for Spring Baseball Camps being held at the Sackville Curling Rink which is located at the Sackville Sports Stadium at 409 Glendale Drive in Lower Sackville.

There are sessions for Rookie Division up to and including Midget Division as well as GIRLS ONLY sessions for girls of all ages and divisions.  Please confirm your attendance with Holly LaPierre via email at Holly.Lapierre@aliant.ca. We will register and collect payment on the first night of that particular division.   

Baseball Camp for T-Ball and Rookie players of all skill levels hosted by the Nova Scotia Youth Selects at Highland Park on the following dates:

T-BALL - Friday, May 29th - 6:30pm - 8:00pm

ROOKIE - Saturday, May 30th - 9:30am - 12:00pm

The camp will involve the NS Youth Selects led by head coach, Jim Mosher and Major League Baseball professional scout, Ken Lenihan as well as all coaches and players.

This is a FREE CLINIC for all T-Ball, Jr. Rookie and Sr. Rookie players registered with Hammonds Plains Baseball.  For those of you who have not attended before, please note that all aspects of the game are covered during this camp.  The Youth Selects program consists of players 15, 16 and 17 years of age who will attend the National Championships in August and also try to impress the National team coaches in hopes of making Team Canada.  These players will be on hand to help demonstrate and teach many of the same skills they, themselves, do everyday in the program.

The Dartmouth Moosehead Dry Senior Baseball team will be holding its annual Powerade Champs Camp on July 7th & 8th, 2009 at Beazley Field in Dartmouth (Rain date is the next day weather permitting).  The camp will run between 9 am and 3:30 pm with lunch provided both days and as well as a camp shirt.  You will also be given a participants season pass to allow you free admission to all Dartmouth Moosehead Dry regular season home games.
